At Iron Studios US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-end collectibles; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original collector's box and outer shipping carton, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside before mailing it to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
